Culmination
My greatest accomplishment is facilitating all styles of learners and enabling students to further their academic and social-emotional development as well as fostering a long-term commitment to learning. In addition, I make certain that each student receives individualized praise and encouragement to ensure that each student becomes intrinsically motivated to learn.
I have grown personally and professionally due to my teaching experiences, observations, ongoing research, collaboration, and studies. I have a profound knowledge of teaching literacy skills, multi-subject content areas, differentiated instruction, lesson planning, second language acquisition, the use of technology, conducting assessments, classroom management, and creating a resourceful classroom environment. I have a solid foundation of methodologies, strategies, and techniques to teach various learning styles and needs.
As an educator, I am committed to ensuring that each student becomes intrinsically motivated to learn. I consider myself to be an extremely creative, diligent, punctual, responsible, and motivated individual who supports and makes a positive contribution to the school and the school community.
I hope you enjoyed exploring my tenure portfolio as much as I enjoyed creating it. Creating this portfolio helps me showcase all of my wonderful accomplishments and endeavors that I have endured as an educator and the goals that I have met and continue to set for myself.
